Coaching

What a block actually contains.

A ticket is a set number of private sessions. The programming, the cues, and the adjustments live inside those hours. Add-ons extend the plan. They do not replace showing up.

In the room

The session

Warm-up is specific to the day. Main work is coached set to set. You leave knowing the loads, the stops, and what happens if the week changes.

Sessions are one athlete. If you add a duo seat, the second person has a separate plan in the same hour.

Between sessions

The plan

Solo days are written when you choose remote programming or a hybrid format. Weekly check-ins, nutrition, and testing are optional lines on the same order.

Nothing is bundled into a vague “membership.” If it is on the invoice, it is a ticket or an add-on with a price.

Formats

Same standard. Three ways to take the sessions.

In studio

Every session on the ticket is coached on the private floor. This is the default.

Hybrid

Studio days for the lifts that need eyes on them. Programmed days for the work you can own.

Remote

The block is coached from a distance, with reviews on the schedule you set in the builder.
